Online Reference-and-Research Support Service
To increase student connection to the online library, to develop academic research skills, and to foster student success in their courses, IGSL Library will offer real-time one-on-one research and reference services using different channel available including the following:
Facebook's Messenger
Patrons may submit their inquiries through Facebook’s Messenger. The library staff continuously monitors this platform and will reply to the messages as soon as possible from Monday to Friday 8am-10pm (tentative, subject to change)
Zoom or Google Meet
